Limited rollout of companion tools and community workflows.
Founder-led refinement of trust signals, messaging, and credibility content.

Phase 3: Operational Readiness

Google Workspace setup once domain legitimacy and review signals are sufficient.
Email authentication with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Search Console verification, indexing growth, and broader visibility.

Phase 4: Community Maturity

Expanded resident experiences, rituals, and support structures.
Stronger partner communication, testimonials, and public updates.
